Thank you for visiting Serene. We are delighted to have you here. Serene. Is operated by In Depth Talent Company, a Hong Kong base company, with registered number 3341713. By using our website, you consent to the following terms and conditions.
Sign-ups and Reservations
You can sign up for dinners starting every Friday morning for the following Thursday, with the registration period closing on the next Wednesday at 11:59 PM. To secure your place, subscribers must register within this timeframe. All sign-ups should be conducted exclusively through Serene.; those made through alternative platforms may be denied and are not eligible for refunds.
Dinners
Dinners take place every Thursday and typically last around two hours. The restaurant details and exclusive menu will be shared two days before the event. The price range of the restaurants will be approximately HKD 500 to 800. Each participant is responsible for their own payment. For the shortlisted attendees, you will receive a payment link and must complete the payment within 24 hours to reserve your spot. Tickets purchased for dinner are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify group arrangements shortly before the dinner to ensure a seamless experience. We are not liable for any incidents that occur at the restaurant or for the total bill. We partner with restaurants and do not charge any additional fees on top of the menu price. We are not responsible for any incidents that occur during the dinner. Should you wish to order additional food or beverages beyond the menu offerings, please be advised that you will be responsible for settling the payment directly with the restaurant.
Subscription
Subscriptions are active for a period of 30 days and will renew automatically. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any point before the 30th day. Please note that once the subscription fee is charged, it is non-refundable.
Child Safety Standards
Serene. is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibits any content or behavior that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children. We have implemented comprehensive child safety standards in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
We explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms, including but not limited to:
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes, grooms, or otherwise exploits minors
• Inappropriate interactions targeted at children
• Sextortion, trafficking, or any form of child exploitation
• Any content that could result in the sexual exploitation of children
We provide an in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports regarding potential violations of our child safety standards. Users can report suspected violations through our platform's reporting features or by contacting us directly at contact@sereneexperience.com.
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform, we take immediate and appropriate action, including but not limited to removing such content and taking action against the responsible accounts. We comply with all applicable laws regarding the reporting of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law.
Serene. complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We maintain processes to report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional authorities as required by applicable law.
